Roxana Sandoval

Roxana has focused her practice in civil law as well as Civil and Mercantile Procedure Law. She has experience in civil, mercantile and labor trials, as well as administrative proceedings in several State institutions.

Throughout her professional career, she has participated in the field of civil procedure litigations: ordinary and summary judgements and individual executive proceedings; as well as labor trials and actions for infringement of fundamental rights and freedoms.

Additionally, she has experience in the fields of constitutional law, public international law, human rights and international arbitration. She also has experience in national and international jurisprudence analysis as well as legal research.
