Mirna Marroquín

Mirna joined Alegalis in 2005. Her practice has been focused mainly in notary services, litigation, corporate law and real estate development.

In the real estate and corporate contractual area, Mirna has participated in the negotiation and preparation of contracts for property leasing of  property, condominium ownership, horizontal property and regulations, preparatory and definitive contracts for the sale of properties, trusts, construction contracts, guarantees and mortgages, and other types of financial operations for real estate projects.
