Kristine Bouscayrol Valladares

Kristine Bouscayrol joined Alegalis in 2009. Her practice has focused primarily in corporate law, intellectual property and asset management.

She has experience in a wide range of civil and commercial contracts, incorporation of new companies and business start-ups, corporate advice to national and international companies, corporate structuring, financing, due diligence processes and acquisitions.

She also has experience in intellectual property issues serving national and international clients for trademarks, patents, copyrights, license agreements for use of trademarks, franchises, internet domains and rights related to information technology.

In the area of asset management organization, she has implemented asset models aimed at individuals and their families, optimizing their heritage structures, businesses and their cash flows, and the implementation of mechanisms for the transfer of assets to the following generations.
