Eduardo Rosenberg Paiz

Eduardo  joined ALEGALIS en 2012.

Before that, he developed his professional practice in the areas of Corporate Law, Civil and Commercial Contracts and Transactions as well as General Legal Advisory to entrepreneurs and national and multinational corporations. He also served as Assistant Professor to the “Commercial Contracts” course of Universidad Francisco Marroquín.

Upon his incorporation to the firm, his practice focus shifted toward Criminal Law. Since then, he has participated in criminal proceedings with strong business ties (“White-Collar Crime)”, including crimes against property, the national economy, intellectual property, state revenue, administration of justice and forgery crimes, among others. Representing -in different occasions- plaintiffs as well as defendants, he has acquired considerable experience in designing defence strategies, preparation of criminal actions, judicial litigation and extrajudicial conciliation.
