Andrea Briz

Andrea Briz joined the Real Estate Development department on February, 2013. Her practice has focused primarily on civil and property rights.

Before joining the team, she worked on a law firm tasked with advising and preparing all legal documents required for a Transportation Expansion of Electric Energy project in the country. There she worked in readying easements for electric distribution facility construction, as well as the drafting of various complimentary documents that looked to make the easements viable, which are intimately related with registry issues and mortgage guarantees.

As far as property rights goes, she has drafted construction contracts, preliminary and final contracts for the sale of properties, regulations, and documents for the negotiation and planning of real estate projects.
